Alessandra de Norões Milfont is a contemporary surrealist and conceptual multimedia artist from Curitiba.
Oil, acrylic, watercolor, indian ink, pastel, pencil, pen, charcoal, digital art and sometimes it all mixed.
With a natural intense, strong and fast trace Milfont has shown her works in different institutions since 2012.
The first period was dedicated to Fashion Illustration.
The artist was consecrated with the Golden Medal at the Contemporary Art Saloon and with the Silver Palette on the 50th Women's Saloon, both at Brazilian Society of Fine Arts in Rio de Janeiro (2015).
It brought her the first solo exhibition at MuMA (Municipal Art Museum) at Curitiba (2016), with a public of more than two thousands viewers.
Milfont illustrated a fashion book called "Arte do Apparel" (2016), and the catalog of the 11th Fashion Revolution Forum that happens at São Paulo (2019).
Nowadays the artist is diving into her inner universe, based on her interest in the subconscious, spirituality, the non visible universe, Cosmos, new technologies and the A.I.development and their consequences.
She is looking to the future, and questioning about what we are teaching to the news technologies. Each day more presents in our lives and more developed. How gonna be the coexistence between human beings and machines.
What will be the values and attitudes of these machines as they gain awareness?
