Bernice 's Art Resume

Born in Hong Kong, she loved painting and traditional Chinese culture since her childhood. In a prosperous city of Hong Kong, it is difficult for most of the people to have a spare time for studying and developing their preferences. With the reason of her daughter is so fond of studying Art and culture, their conversation are always between Chinese art and history. Under this influence, she decided to learn Chinese painting in 2009 with a famous Chinese painter, Professor Ng Yuet-Lau.

Professor Ng’s artistic attainments led Wong Mei- Ling a strong interest in Chinese painting. She taught her how to do the splashing ink and color, breaking ink and weaving ink, as well as some new techniques to form an artistic conception of color and ink blending. The result of having the effect of the modern painting technique on a traditional Chinese painting is always attracted Wong Mei-Ling deeply.
