Andrea Mayer-Rinner is an austrian photographer; born on 28th of April, 1965 in Carinthia. Her passion is to catch the briefly and very unique moment. Her work tries to reflect the relationship between nature and humans by breaking the boundary between nature and art itself. Her pictures are telling a very clear story of sensitivity and passion bound to every single picture. By the very young age of 14 years Andrea decided to study photography. This was the first time she held a camera in her life but, at this time, she already knew that this would be no simple job, this was the right way to go. After her first apprenticeship in photography she fell for the magnificent beauty of nature and humans. During her career, she released several books with portraits of musicians and artist, but the passion for nature and landscape photography still is fascinating for her. Catching the scenery of a single beautiful landscape inspires her soul. Her contribution to this competition called "inverse" will be displayed on rotatable displays.
