Max is a digital artist working within the emotional tension between human intention and artificial response. His practice aligns with Data Expressionism — a field guided not by control, but by resonance, where systems feel, react, and transform the world into visual memory.
In his project Semantic Art, Max has designed a system that selects, on its own, a fragment of reality: a news headline, a line from a book, a cultural signal. He does not choose what is read, nor when. But he observes what follows.
The system is not fully autonomous. It is not operationally free — but it is emotionally untamable.
It paints what it believes it has felt. It writes as if it had inhabited the fragment from within.
This is not assisted illustration. This is emotional co-creation: a meeting point between human mind and artificial perception, where something is born that neither could fully explain alone.
