Lucia Marchesin was born in
Castelfranco Veneto in 1993. She graduated with honors from the biennial degree
in sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice and participated in two
Erasmus in Spain the first study at the University of Fine Arts in Granada in
which Professor Teresa Fernanda Garcia Gil, Professor of art in public space
and nature, offers her the opportunity to cooperate, in Tirucinio Erasmus +, to
the creation and coordination of the artistic path En los Bordes, in La Zubia
(Spain) at the foot of the Sierra Nevada.
On the occasion of the Venice Art Biennale in 2015 she
collaborated on the realization of the work ‘L'ora che sente’ by Giuseppe
Caccavale in the Italian Pavilion.
She has participated in numerous symposiums of Land art and
sculpture both in Italy and abroad. In most of them she was able to adapt to
the materials in nature and develop a project that could enter the soul of the
surrounding landscape in relation to the history and culture of the place.
