About me
Sönke Lucht
is at home in abstract painting. A style that he found by trying out different
techniques. His preferred colours of expression are blue and red. What is the
message of his paintings? "I can't change the world, but I can make people
a little happier". (Sönke Lucht). When he paints, he is often guided by a
dream or the painting itself. It is a dialogue with the picture. A struggle, a
fight. The painting does not want to be finished! But when will it be finished?
He has to fight this question anew with every painting. He is inspired by the painting. Often he paints with spezal Pigments like Strontium-Aluminium-Silicate what allows his painting "glow" in the dark
My paintings are sold to private individuals or business people at home and
abroad.
