I'm Vittoria Licori, and I was born on January 27th 1991. In 2009 I obtained the Diploma of Artistic Maturity. Later I attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, where I graduated in Visual Arts, specifically in sculpture. The passion for nature, and the need to be in contact with it, led me to develop an interested for the naturalistic illustration and to the Wildlife Art current. This allowed me to collaborate with a naturalist biologist for the realization of an illustrated naturalistic book, and with IWING a streaming service of illustrated books. I also taught a watercolor tecnique on the Popular University of Mestre. On February 2019 I exhibited my work on Palace of Loggia in Noale and I was selected to paint the famous grabs. My pictorial research was influenced by the magnificent works of wildlife artists, such as Robert Bateman, Eric Wilson, Robert E Fuller, Franco Testa and others. Before starting to works concretely by puttings my ideas on paper, I make a research about the habitat and the ethology of plants and animals. I believe that they are simly pure and perfect, being and this spurs me to try to reproduce their immense beauty with paintings. In the critical situation in which nature find it self, even Art can make its contribution to the safety of this treasure, wich is also our unique home.
