Kseniia Levoshko is a Ukrainian artist based in Italy. Her work delves into anxiety, vulnerability, and the female experience, often through the lens of corporeality and emotional tension.
Born in a closed military town to a family of defense engineers, she grew up in an environment shaped by control, silence, and an underlying sense of threat — formative elements that continue to echo in her visual language. She began her career as a graphic designer and spent over a decade leading design teams in the field of digital products. This background instilled in her a deep understanding of composition, systems thinking, and visual storytelling, which now inform her artistic practice.
Her current work explores personal and collective identity, particularly in the context of global movement, cultural exchange, and displacement. Themes such as migration, femininity, sexuality, and social tension run through her layered, acrylic-based paintings. Kseniia also incorporates new technologies and interdisciplinary approaches, seeking to bridge digital and physical experiences while creating intimate, emotionally resonant narratives.
