I am Andrea Lafourcade, a textil artist. It is in the trees and their inhabitants, in the sea and its immensity, in the deserts with their hidden life where I find inspiration to, through the creation of felt pieces, be a bridge that connects with the natural world. I use sheep wool fleece as a raw material, transforming it from its natural state, through the ancestral technique of felting, into the pieces I present and propose, from spatial interventions to accessories for everyday wear.
