Artistic Practice
Terezie’s
large-scale canvases blend acrylic and oil, exploring spiritual,
natural, and cultural intersections. Drawing from travels in Egypt,
India, Israel, her work (e.g., One Night in Jerusalem 2013; SURVIVE
series 2014–2017) examines metaphysical dimensions through motives like
vegetation reclaiming human spaces, light, shadow, divine presence, and
the tension between civilization and nature
She
describes her paintings as portals to “magical, timeless spaces” where
human and divine converge — a theme echoed in her exhibition at
Pragovka’s E‑Factory, curated by Veronika Marešová
Instagram Presence
Terezie shares her evolving practice as a painter and mural restorer (@terezie_kol), based in Prague’s Pragovka art district
Terezie’s emphasis on transcendence, scale, and materiality aligns
strongly with Arte Laguna Prize’s embrace of diverse techniques and bold
formats. The competition’s support for large-scale installations and
painting makes it an ideal platform for her work.
