Kucewicz-Wasilewska

I am a visual artist. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland (2007). I archived my PhD in art in Fine Arts at the Faculty of Graphic Design and Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, Poland (2019). The subject of my activities are realizations in many art media: artistic object, artistic installation, happening, interdisciplinary drawing, experimental drawing, action art, painting, workshop and artistic project. The inspiration and common element my work is art therapy. I am the founder of the Informal Workshop at Cechowa Street in Bydgoszcz (2020-present). I am a member of the In-side Art Collective (2021-present). I am a scholarship holder of the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in the field of painting (2024). I work as an assistant professor at the Department of Visual Communication, Faculty of Design Arts, Bydgoszcz University of Technology, Poland (2022 - present), where I run a painting and drawing studio.
