I have been
painting and studying art since childhood and can therefore look back on 30
years of experience in dealing with colours, other materials and techniques. My
enthusiasm for traveling and the impressions I get from it, such as New
Zealand, Europe, the USA or the Arab countries and the experiences with other
cultures and their positive energy, such as the Maoris, have had a strong
influence on my art. But also my own curiosity to try everything and absorb
impressions.
I keep
reinventing myself, both inside and out, I like to break new ground, I like to
try everything and I hate habits. I realized early in my life that
energy/dynamics is the engine that drives everyone and everything. This coupled
with a good portion of love/eroticism in its many individual facets allows
everyone to create everything, achieve everything if they constantly realign
themselves. And this at a time when social problems such as depression and
social interpersonal incompetence are on the rise.
Here lies
my artistic approach. Always reinventing myself in my pictures, surprising,
breaking new ground, being unpredictable in style, using new materials. But
always setting the same focus in expressive energy, colorful dynamics with
depth in 3D - or the color reduction to 1-2 shades to leave enough space for
the pulsating eroticism or the human facets.
Energy and dynamism. As an artist, to let the energy
flow into the works, but also to get a lot of energy back in the process. And
this at a time when the social problem of depression, a major energy robber, is
on the rise. Therefore, it is my goal to transfer the energy... but also the
dynamics, i.e. how pictures change when the person behind them changes, to the
viewer. Art is understood
as a motor and motivation.
Mood-enhancing
color images
against
depression and depressive mood,
positive
influence on our well-being
and tease out
positive emotions,
I dedicate my art to that.
