Krisgraf is a Brazilian visual artist who awakened to
the arts during her pre-adolescence in Paris, seeing and practicing artistic
sketches of drawings, soap sculptures and perspectives on Parisian streets and
museums. In Brazil she attended courses and workshops in drawing, painting,
graffiti and urban art. Participate in solo and group exhibitions in Curitiba,
Sao Paulo, Joinville, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia and this year in Paris at the
CloƮtre des Billetes.
Her works convey freedom, a personal pursuit, and the
intent to connect her expecters to balance, love, respect, peace, improvement,
understanding, respect, regardless of their human differences.
Using mixed media (spray, oily pastel and acrylic on
canvas) the result is paintings of layers that unite image and spelling,
exploring the relationship of landscape and a reflection on the position
of of women in postmodern society.
