Nish Kothari is an architect, artist, and a broad systems thinker. With over twenty years of professional experience in Architecture, Nish has led and completed projects of varying scale, typology, and in different geographies. Jumping across scale, from a small traveling art installation for a prototyping festival in San Francisco to a large one million square feet healthcare institute, Nish is able to generate strong concepts, and fully execute them in a real context. He has a strong belief that design in itself should delight its users, lift up the human spirit, and have a purpose. Nish earned a Master's Degree in Architecture from Washington University in St Louis and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mumbai, India. The American Institute of Architects, San Francisco Chapter has bestowed him the Young Architect and Associates Award. He is a recipient of Building Design + Construction Magazine "40 under 40" award and is featured in the Engineering News Report's "20 under 40 class of 2011". Nish's travels are extensions of his curiosity and he aspires to continue pursuing projects in different parts of the world.
