Aleksandre Khubua is a Georgian painter born in Abkhazia, a region currently under Russian occupation. His artistic journey has been deeply shaped by themes of memory, displacement, identity, and the relationship between people and nature.

A graduate of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, Khubua has dedicated much of his life to painting, developing a distinctive visual language that combines emotional depth with symbolic imagery.
