Ana Kapodistria is a Greek-Canadian visual artist, using cameras to transform and capture the transient nature of her subjects. Beloved themes explore the limitations and unbounded nature of the human condition; revering the relationship to both natural and constructed realities. Through this, states of connection and transformation are celebrated and explored.
Ana additionally works with video, sculpture, kinetic art, and installation as media to support her concepts. Ana earned her M.F.A. at the University of Edinburgh and a B.F.A. from the Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Image Arts. She has exhibited and been published internationally.
