He is in the 11th grade at the Friedrich-Schiller-Gymnasium in Marbach. In the 4th grade, he really got into drawing and painting. His artwork was well-received, and this provided some motivation to keep working.
In the 7th class, he began to upload some of his drawings on Instagram, where they continued to receive praise and motivate him.
Julis and his techniques are all self-taught. To improve his skills, he sketches and paints on a daily basis.
A non-complicated symbolism can be seen in his paintings. The technique on the canvas is used as a way to express his artistic thoughts.
When he got into bodybuilding he informed himself about training and nutrition. In doing this he has become fascinated with the eating habits of people, questioning himself how and why they would occur. This is how his very first oil painting series "Essgewohnheiten" developed which got also solo-exhibited in Marbach. After that, he won the Jugendkunstpreis 2018, did three more group exhibitions,
and his new exhibition "Rapimage" will start on the 18th of January.
