Jacques Lemaire is currently developing a cinema fiction entitled Welcome to Antarctica, an existential expedition. In writing an experimental film NetnoFomo, a research on our "digital gazes". And in producing a radio creation Beyond truth, mechanics of stories. A philosophical and fantastic investigation into the concepts of truth.
He is the author, director and editor of the multi-award-winning work La terre est plate (*Phonurgia Nova Fest Audience Award, *SACD Radio Fiction Award, *Brussels Podcast Fest Fiction Award) and Zone 58 (*Brussels Podcast Fest Docu-Fiction Award) and Sainte-Soline, la guerre de l’eau.
Jacques Lemaire is part of several collectives behind unique works such as Captagone, a collective of another genre that attempts to fictionalize concert recordings. Ravenala, named after a transdisciplinary performance on the super 8 images of a French gold prospector in the 1950s.
