Biography:
My name is Andrey Isaenkov. I was born in 1966.
I live and work in Heart of Siberia in Krasnoyarsk.
My philosophy:
My works are not a game of
abstractions. My method is similar to a Zen Buddhist koan, consciously driving
the mind into a dead end, in the hope of awakening intuitive insight. It is
important for me that the viewer can immerse himself in the soul of an artwork
hidden under the flesh of lines and colors. This is the ode of ever-renewing
nature — where the origins of my art are in the human sense, in the secret of
comprehending beauty, in the contrasts and contradictions of all that exists.
This is a symbolic message, in which the destiny of man is invariably
inscribed, the only thing that has a genuine and clear meaning: to create, to
create, to love.
Working as an artist of the
"New realism", I’m frees my art from excessive visualization,
allowing the viewer to engage in the process of experiencing an artistic image.
Ideliberately leave the narrative in painting, abandoning the plot, I allows
the viewer to perceive the work emotionally - to feel the harmony of lines and
colors, folding in special characters. For me it is important that the viewer
does not rely on the word or obey the plot, but begins to look and feel the
pictorial work himself directly, because each person will have his own
emotional row, and one canvas-symbol acquires a thousand meanings.
The monumental size of the
paintings is justified by the energy-strong promise, coming from a bunch of
ideas embodied in a series of works. As if crescendo in a symphony of feelings,
canvases of sound, visualizing the strings of being. Like threads, they are
drawn out of reality and, in front of the viewer, fill the space of canvases
with picturesque griffads.
