Painter, Poet, Pianist, and Professor of Literature
Self-taught. Passionate. Highly sensitive. Solitary.
I paint with my emotions, guided by my instinct for color.
What artistic direction emerges from my work? Singular yet plural, always marked—consciously or not—by the presence of yellow.
I always return to yellow.
Whether it is considered beautiful or ugly, I do not know.
What matters to me is that my work never leaves anyone indifferent—
that it lives within others as it lives within me.
If it can stir reflection, provoke a smile, or even create discomfort—
then it has done something. Something that makes us think or feel.
As for aesthetics—an immense, mysterious, and ultimately unsolvable philosophical question—perhaps its very impossibility is what makes it so beautiful.
To those who come across my work:
Would you hang it in your living room, or in your bedroom?
Would it bring you joy? Or at the very least, harmony with your space?
Each viewer brings their own meaning,
as long as a small spark of soul finds its place in between.
I could go on sharing my hopes, doubts, and dreams—
but after all… why?
To paint is enough.
