Hamamoto

Vitor Hamamoto born and raised in Brasília/DF (1993); started his studies as a dancer in 2009 at age of 15.

Self-taught in bboying started studying with many professionals in different areas through the years, focusing on urban dances, contemporary art came in the picture to give depth and feeling to his improvisation studies.

Research and studies kept going in and out of Brazil, being part of important works and processes of many great professionals, such as, Alejandro Ahmed, Felipe Hirsch, Stephanie Thomasen, Alex Neoral, Wesley Messias, Marcos Buiati e Jean Assahoto.

In 2017, Hamamoto made an important step when he was invited to be part of Uppercut Danseteater based in Copenhagen/Denmark, for 2 and a half years, danced and was part of many different pieces and works.

Today, researches improvisation in and out of stages with his partner Marina Cervo Marcelino Teixeira.
