I am a visual artist dedicated to both artistic production and teaching.
I earned a Degree in Visual Arts from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL) in Monterrey, NL and studied Art History in Castilla and Leon through the Universidad de Valladolid in Spain, I also completed courses on Impressionism in the Provencal region of France. I developed creative painting techniques at Instituto Allende in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, as well as with local and international visual artists workshops. I hold a Master Degree in Education and Cognitive Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM).
In my work as an artist I immerse myself in a journey of inquiry and discovery, with creativity as my compass. My artistic work explores transformation, fragility, and processes of awareness through materials such as painting, paper, wire and textiles. Focused on painting and installation. Exploring transformation, perception, and emotional states through visual metaphors and materials.
