He graduated in mathematics on the University of Poznań, the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań, and art history on the University of Poznań. Currently, he is studying the history of modern art at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.

He has been closely associated with art for over two decades - as an artist, but also a curator and collector.
