Renzo Galiazzo, born in Treviso, began his artistic career in the 1960s as a classical landscape painter. In the 1990s an important turning point in his way of painting occurred, approaching to post-impressionist and abstract painting. He also produces large canvases, creating an artistic and sensual expression, not subordinated to a purely aesthetic order, where the study of colour becomes perceptive clarity that is only evident at the end of the creative process. He has participated in numerous important festivals and both group and solo exhibitions in prestigious venues in various Italian cities including Treviso, Florence, Milan and Udine.
