Graduated in Architecture at the IUAV in Venice, he was a lecturer at the Milan Polytechnic and at the Institute of Design of the Republic of San Marino. He worked as an architect, then working in the public administration and within companies operating in the industrial construction sector. From 2003 to 2007 he was responsible for the scientific coordination for temporary exhibitions of Architecture and Design at the MUSARC - National Museum of Architecture - at the Casa di Biagio Rossetti in Ferrara.
