My name is LuciaElena Fojadelli. I was born and raised in Venice, in a family where strong ethical values, deep intellectual commitment, and a profound sense of historical legacy were the cornerstones of our identity.
Art has always been a quiet yet constant companion in my life—a faithful presence accompanying me through museum visits, exhibitions, and explorations of galleries and antique dealers. Still, I always sensed that this civilized relationship was merely the ash beneath which embers steadily smouldered.
After completing my classical studies at the Liceo Classico, where Literature, Latin, Ancient Greek, and Art History formed the foundation of my education, I earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law and became a Lawyer.
For a time, I believed that a solid career aligned with the values of my upbringing, together with a fulfilling personal life, would suffice. I was profoundly mistaken.
What I had dismissed for years as a quiet longing revealed itself to be an undeniable urgency, a need to create. In 2024, I answered that call and enrolled in the inaugural Master's program in Contemporary Jewellery Design at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice.
I am deeply grateful for having discovered that imagining, designing, crafting, cutting, sculpting, welding, and engraving are precisely what my soul had been missing. I can no longer see the world as I once did. The most unassuming object or element may suddenly whisper to my ear—and when it does, I can do nothing but listen and transform that whisper into a piece.
