Raised in Brazil in the 70s, she found in images her primary mode of expression—a place of resistance and healing.
Trained in textile design and visual communication, she explores poetic intersections between nature, memory, and metamorphosis through detailed graphite drawings, fluid ink and acrylic compositions, mobile-shot video, and experimental printmaking.
Her rural studio in Papucaia fosters experimentation, including ICM photography and video. She builds a portable charcoal kiln, integrating ceramics into her practice, and transforms found materials—rusted metal, worn fabrics, dry leaves, discarded packaging—into tactile records of renewal.
Motherhood, identity, and ecological awareness shape her work as gestures that embrace imperfection, unpredictability, and coexistence, creating moments of connection between intimate and the universal.
Her work has been selected for the 46th Mini Print International of Cadaqués 2026 and shown in the 45th edition (Cadaqués/Wingfield/Bages), the TArtget Painting Prize 2025 (Semifinalist/Virtual Exhibition), the Carrousel du Louvre (Paris, 2009), Galerie Everarts (Paris, 2009) and Taxon Magazine (Botanical Illustrations, 2006).
