Diana Ferrante was born in Belgium and lives and works in Abruzzo, Italy, where she has directed her own atelier in Pescara since 2014.
Her artistic research explores the relationship between identity, visual memory, and ornamental surfaces through a contemporary figurative language.
Using mixed media, acrylic, metallic leaf, and textile patterns, she develops pictorial series in which the face emerges and dissolves within layered decorative structures suspended between presence and transformation.
Throughout her career, she has participated in solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Brussels and New York, while also pursuing educational and interdisciplinary practices between painting, decoration, and material experimentation.
