Funda Erzade (born in 1984 in the Netherlands) is an award-winning filmmaker and artist who has gained extensive experience in directing short films and documentaries. She develops and writes artistic concepts for multimedia projects, films, and installations. In her most recent independent works, she explores interdisciplinary concepts in dance, music, fashion, and architecture concerning the human body. She creates images to understand human beings' particular relation to their own bodies– clarifying, embodying, and deepening feelings while creating a visual journey of an inner dialogue where the movements are driven by emotions from the past, present, and future. Erzade creates thought-provoking visual narratives for an audience that appreciates high art. Her latest exhibition was held earlier this year at the oldest palace of the Netherlands, titled: "If Clothes Could Talk."
