I studied graphic design in Munich and graduated with a diploma. After I moved on to become an art director for international advertising agencies in Munich and Paris, until I decided to work exclusively as a visual artist a number of years ago.
My art is based primarily on the representation of figures and objects. The magic of the mysterious and the hidden is the fundamental theme of my works.I love to show the beauty, in the representation I am very inspired by the American pop art style of the 60s.
In the execution of my works, object studies and attention to detail are very important to me. Also I incorporate mystical elements as well as familiar symbols from advertising or popular comic figures in my imagery, play with allusions and recognition, and offers viewers room for their own imaginary interpretation.
