PROFILE
Stage, costume, and lighting designer, pedagogue, painter and architect.
About 350 works with the best directors in the best polish theatres and abroad (England, Germany, Greece, Holland, France, Israel, Russia), including about 70 opera productions (on opera stages, open air and large scale productions) and some films. In Pawel’s work, the lighting design is always alongside the stage design.

PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY
Pawel teaches set, ostium & light design and staging process. Professor in Academies of Fine Arts and Academies of Theatre in Cracow and Warsaw.
Pawel was creator and first Dean of the Scenography Faculty at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Pawel’s students got a lot of awards on festivals of scenography in Poland and on Beijing International Biennale of International Stage Design Students Works Exchange 2014, 2018: II and I award for staging and design (Cristal Cube for Paula Kukla for staging and design of “Ubu King” by K. Penderecki). Promoteur of many diploma designs and degrees.
Many workshops, especially during Beijing International Biennale of International Stage Design Students Works Exchange.
