Juffrouw Springtouw

Painting is for me the way to express emotions, to reflect on my experiences and to tell a story. I am inspired by everyday situations, the nature, people I meet and my work at school. In addition to being an artist, I work as a counselor for children with special educational needs and as a coach for teachers. A few years ago, I started by making drawings to understand children so that I could help them better and advise the teachers. It’s great to draw and paint together with children.By using drawings in my coaching, I became enthusiastic for making illustrations and later for making paintings.
