Silvia De Matteo is a self-taught abstract painter who has recently emerged on the art scene with works that reflect deep sensitivity and a unique vision of the world. Born in Rovereto, a small Town in the North of Italy, in 1987, Silvia developed a passion for art from a young age, although she did not follow a traditional academic path. Her education primarily took place through personal exploration and independent study.Since childhood, Silvia has been drawn to the world of colors and shapes. Silvia's journey into abstract art began as an instinctive expression of the emotions and stories that words could not capture. With no formal training, her natural affinity for visual arts has been her guide, leading her to explore and experiment with various mediums and techniques.She spent hours observing the works of great modern and contemporary masters, trying to understand the secrets of their techniques and visual language. This dedication led her to experiment with various materials and techniques, gradually refining her personal style.Over the years, Silvia has developed an artistic language characterized by bold use of color and dynamic, fluid compositions. Her works often evoke deep emotions and sensations of movement, creating a vibrant dialogue between abstract forms and intense chromaticism.
