Graduated in architecture, art
has always been present in her profession through the artistic presentation of
projects: perspectives and humanized buildings plans for installations of sale
booth exhibitions.
In 2015 she attended the School of Visual Arts in
Parque Lage, Rio , later moving on to take the course of materials in painting
given by Katie Van Schepenberg.
Since then she has embedded
architecture in her paintings, sketching rigid borderlines that are
geometrically very precise.
Her leit motiv expresses
interior and exterior interactions viewing these through windows that thrust us
towards the scenery. Initially the outside is guarded by faint transparencies
or filters enticing the spectator to gaze at the real or sometimes imaginary
settings.
Presently she focuses on
portraying the dire transformation of the landscape being invaded by
urban backdrops . Her message, in abstract as one can attest that the
figurative gives way to a "design sculpture" that contests for a
topological place out there. This battle is beyond the support and we may say
the protection that the windows convey.
