Combining architectural interventions, symbolic materiality, light, sound, and sculptural elements, Dahlem creates installations that oscillate between attraction and discomfort. Her works transform space into physical experiences in which political, emotional, and societal tensions become spatially perceptible.
Projects such as PREVIEW (2019), ODE TO FREEDOM (2020), POLARITY (2023), WASCHTAG (2024), and PLAGEGEISTER (2025) investigate surveillance, ideological systems, collective memory, and latent violence through immersive multimedia environments. Within states of apparent instability and fragmentation, her installations evolve into controlled compositions balancing vulnerability, aggression, silence, and aesthetic precision.
Dahlem has exhibited internationally in galleries, industrial sites, festivals, and public contexts. Her recent projects include solo exhibitions such as POLARITY (2023, Espace H2O, Luxembourg) and participation in international platforms including ibug (Germany), Urban/Land/Art Connection (Chemnitz), and UPFEST (Bristol, UK).
