I was born in England and raised on the island of Guernsey. I began an apprenticeship for the award-winning jeweller and designer Catherine Best where I had an invaluable experience combining my hand-craft skills with design to make luxury bespoke pieces. My constant desire to work in visual arts drew me to England in 2006 to study a BTEC foundation diploma in art and design (UCA Canterbury) followed by a BA (Hons) degree in Illustration (Arts University Bournemouth) graduating in 2011. I thrived in the variety and exploration of mediums which I can traverse easily. After freelancing in illustration and graphic design, I sought to create original works of my own expression. In 2015 I moved to rural Hungary near Lake Balaton and discovered oil paint which has allowed me to expand and develop my practice tremendously and intuitively ever since. 

My figurative work is often inspired by psychological topics that I explore by combining traditional, abstract and symbolic methods to create surreal expressive settings. There is both tranquil stillness and flowing movement.
