Comeau

Christine Comeau is a visual artist and cultural manager. Her practice includes contextual art, performance in- stallation, sculpture and living poetry. Her research focuses on mobility, exile, constraint, and the physical and mental boundaries created by travel. She has completed a MFA degree in visual arts at Laval University, in Quebec city. Her art work has been presented in several individual and collective events and exhibitions in Canada, Brasil, United States, Sweden, Portugal and Germany. During the past years she took part of different artistic residencies in North America and Europe. She works and lives in Quebec city, Quebec.
