Stefania Citton was born in Bassano del Grappa in 1969. From an early age, she cultivated a natural inclination for drawing and a profound connection with the natural world.
After studying at the G. Fabris Art Institute in Nove, she continued her education at the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice, where she refined her painting techniques while completing her first year.
She began her career as a ceramic painter, but life led her away from the arts for many years.
In 2020, the loss of her job as a company secretary became an unexpected turning point: she reopened the drawer where she had kept her dreams, rediscovered her passion, and returned to pencils and brushes with renewed purpose.
Today, nature and the animal world are at the heart of her artistic research. Balancing hyperrealism with delicate layers of color, her subjects emerge with vibrant hues and refined details, giving life to a visual language that celebrates both the beauty and the fragility of the natural world.
