Aixa Chen, a Singaporean multidisciplinary artist, proudly embraces her diverse cultural heritage, with maternal ties to the Iban tribe of Sarawak. Her lifelong devotion to the Arts began in her early years, culminating in remarkable achievements in the O-levels Art Elective Program and numerous competition victories. Her career journey led her to China and Japan, where she immersed herself in manga projects before venturing into original Mandopop music creation, commercials and design work. Aixa's belief in the potential of Art's simplicity, captured in her motto, "There is no such thing as a ridiculously simple piece of art," is a testament to her artistic philosophy. Today, she's committed to regularly showcasing traditional medium artworks, continuing to bridge her rich heritage with her passion for artistic expression.
