Anaelle Chaigne is a 24 year old French
designer who studied product design in Paris and Lille before spending two
years abroad. Her thesis about Delight and Design was selected and published in
2020 by Design Makes Sense editions.
After her master, she goes to Italy, at the
Politecnico di Milano and then moves to the Netherlands for a year to finish
her studies at the Design Academy Eindhoven.
These courses have pushed her to train in many
areas, so she knows and practices various manufacturing techniques such as
ceramics, metal, screen printing, textiles technics as well as digital tools.
Today she is based in France and develops a
very organic design practice, often based on play and drawing heavily on her
artistic discoveries. She is committed to transdisciplinary creations and seeks
to develop a better understanding of what surrounds us, to create sensitive
approaches that lead to creative and just solutions.
