Dek, was born 02nd March in 1955, natural of Guapo, one the smallest cities belonged to metropolitan area of Goiania - capital of Goias State - Brazil. Graduated in architecture and urbanism at PUC (Pontific Catholic University - Goias) in 1979. He started his professional career as artist simultaneosly. On 80´s his professional artistic trajectory is based on regional salons art shows (award Gremi-80) and national salons art shows - Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife, Santos, Brasilia / Tokyo - Atami - Kyoto, Japan / Amsterdam and Roterdam, Nederlands / Paris, France / Lisbon - Braga - Porto, Portugal / trip award - Vasp - Goiania / award Sanbra - Recife / award - contemporany salon  art show - Santo Andre, Sao Paulo.

He finished this period with the salon of art in 1990, with an award called Henrique Santillo - Governator of Goias State - special mention of the jury - and trip award to Paris, France - Biennal of Goias. After that, he started his international trajectory, mainly Italy and USA.
