Isora Caprai Candian is mainly known for her watercolors executed in powerful emotional “action painting” made with bold brushstrokes in a dance of bodies and faces enriched by collages of flowers and leaves.
She creates assemblages of vegetable and mineral animal finds with beeswax as a tribute to the sacredness of nature by recreating the formation of matter from the only primordial magma.
In her artistic actions and in her spiritual path she is influenced by great artists (Beuys, Abramovich) and by great current Masters (Ma Shiva Mayi and Raphael Antonio Origgi)
After her high school studies and a degree in Biology she studied Ayurveda in India and practiced spiritual Yoga.
She lives in Livorno in her Creative Life Factory the private studio laboratory and showroom.
In the last ten years she has held exhibitions in Italy and abroad in public spaces and private galleries. Currently her focus is mainly oriented on carrying out artistic projects to increase the level of responsibility and awareness on the themes of spirituality and respect for Nature.
