ARTIST STATEMENT
As a performance artist, I am interested in inviting an instant internal awakening of the public, by creating hypnotizing actions based on a question. I will ask the question and it will be answered by my artwork. So far, my conceptual and aesthetic references are influenced by arquetypes and symbols of Greek and Minoan mythology. The speed is slow and the representation is minimal. Silence and eye contact are important compositional tools. In my performances, I usually make an unconventional use of different objects. About my artwork result, besides the live performance, I like to take a series of photo graphs of myself and, if necessary, videos.
