Born in Rimini (Italy) in 1976, he
attended the Mengaroni State Institute of Art in Pesaro in the
goldsmith's section. Subsequently he moved to Valenza Po' to continue
his studies in Jevelry and Gems Setter Specialization, the latter Art
which has also been his main work for several years of his life. His
pictorial experimentation and research have been very articulated
over the years, going from an informal art approach to something more
and more minimal and geometric.
In 2013 he is given the first place in
the G.B. Salvi International Art Prize in Sassoferrato. His most
recent cycle of works is entitled “Nowhere” and takes its cue from
the idea of a territory that does not exist and cannot be placed in
our current dimension. A place / non place made up of geometrics
shapes and dystopian architectures that take inspiration from the
architectural schools of Rationalism and Brutalist style. The series is
divided in two “sub-categories” that simultaneously analyze both
urban and natural landscapes, the two dimensions in which human
beings normally immersed.
