Danielle Becknell is a multi-medium artist pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the National Art School, Sydney. Her process of creating sculptural work acts as a ritual of sorts, resulting in the generation of whimsical three dimensional entities through cathartic examination of her own identity and person. Construction of artwork is a healing gesture, an intuitive expression of physicality shaped from perspectives of nature and unprocessed elements intended to both release and replenish.
