Born in 1982 with my twin sister on the island of Rügen, intomy family with my sister two years older, the sea is in myblood. As soon as the summer has stretched out its feelers, wechildren have spent time on the beach. For years, I have addedthat I like to unwind my soul while watching the art of naturepainting the sky. So I have always had my affinity for blue. Itsoothes and inspires at the same time in whatever form ittakes. You could say I have a great connection to nature. Also, with rescuing my dog Spanky from a shelter in 2015, withwhom I love to walk in all weathers, I have sparked even moreof a love for plant and animal life and the forces of naturewithin me. He is my soul and biggest inspiration. The move to Hamburg at the age of 15 was no longer a centerof life at the Baltic Sea, but Hamburg is for me with the Elbe and this world port one of the most beautiful and greenestcities in the world, which makes it easy to live there and feelcomfortable. Annual vacations to Rügen are of course set. Meanwhile I live in Wedel and can walk every day in roughand soft weather the Elbe through my senses. Professionally, I did an apprenticeship as an automotivesaleswoman at Mercedes. The love for beautiful and fast carswas always there and demands the eye for aesthetics. Afterwards I ignited my heart for film and television. A traineeship as a production manager followed after a year as a set assistant in film. Since then, I have been working freelancein the media industry all over Germany, which is veryenriching for me. How did I come to art in the process? Ofcourse, I have been to several exhibitions from the Hamburg Kunsthalle to private galleries. My big sister has also alwaysdrawn and been artistically active. In 2006 I bought an easeland acrylic paints.
I drew a single picture at that time. Then I felt more like ridingmy motorcycle and spending my free time with friends. It was not the right time for art and also drawing possibly not theright kind of art. One night in March 2019 after I was at an exhibition, I woke up in the morning and felt the urge toexpress myself artistically/painterly. To bring beauty and lightness with the feeling of floating and magic into people'slives. This feeling from the movie "The fabulous world ofAmelie". Place for philosophy and beauty and richness ofnature given life. That's how I discovered Pouring for myself.
March 10,2019 I have designed my first artworks with it. The first picture BLUEna Kiss, because I see blue lips in it, inspired me to name my art.
