ANDRE BAEZA Guadalajara, Mexico in 1998. Sculpture artist, social projects and research. Her field of study focus on the contemporary collective mind of daily life. This approach allows her to observe in detail patterns and spyco- behavioral processes at a personal level as well as sociocultural, taking in consideration permeability of our surrounding environments and vice versa. Andre utilizes strategic and concrete texts to consolidate thought mechanisms. Similarly the solidity and nature of ceramic is used to convey our human beings desires through artisanal processes giving them a voice and relevance to today's issues. Andre currently finishing her undergrad Visual Art Studies at La Escuela Superior de Arquitectura y Artes de Guadalajara. She holds certificates for Contemporary Art and Curatorship from the same university. She has participated in curatorial projects and research for the Museo de arte de Zapopan, MAZ. She has completed two artistic residences; with Anfora Sudio in Mexico City and with Casa Ceniza in Guadalajara.
