“My research explores fragility and memory through the intrinsic vulnerability of paper. Using paper cutting and tearing techniques, I layer incisions that evoke natural forms and the female figure. I then intervene on the surface with ancient gestures: sewing, embroidery, and crochet stitches that physically and conceptually mend fragments and memories. This practice, rooted in the memory of my mother's tailoring expertise, transforms manual labor into a healing ritual. The act of layering and weaving becomes an invitation to slowness and meditation, a way to give tangible form to the ephemeral”.
