A graduate of Beykent University Faculty of Architecture, Sezin ÇELİK took lessons from sculptor Ayhan Tomak to realize her dream of wood carving after working as a project architect for three years. The process, which started with the aim of making texture work for various furniture designs, turned into a passion for wood carving sculpture. In this process, she also worked as Ayhan Tomak's assistant. Ayhan Tomak participated in the International Wood and Glass Festival and the Barış Manço Kültür Merkezi workshop exhibition. In those years, she started taking lessons on ceramics and porcelain from the ceramic artist Saliha Kartal. She excelled in hand forming product design. She continued her sculpture lessons with the sculptor Çağdaş Erçelik. With her experience in this process, she continues her works at Sezin Çelik Sanat Atölyesi, where the architectural forms he designed are expressed with an aesthetic and original spirit. In addition, she has been working on the Ancient Side Excavations Temple of Demeter project periodically since her university years. She continues her education life as a student of Anadolu University Philosophy Department.
