The need to define gender begins in the moment where the world tries to change it. I have never accepted definitions and categories. I believe freedom comes before everything and our bodies do not nail us to a history or a story already written . From a young age people live with the constant feeling of what you want and what you are is something to be ashamed of, of illegitimacy and ridicule generating pain and suffering for those who do not fit the normative categories

La necessità di definire il genere nasce nel momento in cui il mondo cerca di cambiarlo. Non ho mai accettato definizioni e categorie. Credo che la libertà venga prima di tutto e che il nostro corpo non ci inchiodi ad una storia o a un racconto già scritto. Fin dalla giovane età le persone vivono con la costante sensazione che ciò che si vuole e ciò che si è , sia qualcosa di cui vergognarsi, di illegittimità e di ridicolo che genera dolore e sofferenza per coloro che non rientrano nelle categorie normative .
